Belgian Wit doing nicely
Racked my Belgian Wit, and the sample was pretty tasty. This should be a nice light beer with some great spiciness. I added some more coriander seed, and the zest of one orange cut into strips. Should be bottling this next week so it has some good conditioning time in the bottle for State Fair entry.

Good luck in the State fair. I'm kind of curious about the Pineapple Pale you mention. How did you incorporate the pineapple? Did it work well? I've never tried a beer with pineapple in it but it sounds like it could be really good for certain styles...imagin a WIT?
